First of its kind coach education
Intermountain Health and Hudson Institute of Coaching have partnered to offer Hudson’s gold-standard coach certification through a healthcare lens. Participants will graduate as skilled leadership coaches, with advanced training on the most pressing challenges healthcare leaders face today.
About the program
In this ICF Level 1 coach training, participants will spend 3-5 months learning Hudson Institute of Coaching’s developmental coaching methodology and how to apply it in a healthcare context.

65 education hours, facilitated by expert coaches with deep healthcare experience

Three live intensives – one held in-person at Intermountain Health's Salt Lake City campus and two held virtually

Bi-monthly 60-min interim learning sessions, including coaching clinics and small learning group meetings

10 hours of mentor coaching

$9500 per person
Organizations sending participants are eligible for a 10% discount on incremental seats
